It's been a busy week of work outs for me this week, i mapped out my plan on the fridge today so i can keep up with everything. I'm starting with the kettle bell work out at 7am each morning (I can at least get a small work out in the AM before the kids wake up to get me started for the day).
For those of you who are wondering the MTWTFSS are days of the week that I'm doing these work outs
MTWTFSS Kettle Bell workout 7 am
20 1-2 reps 'meet the queen' or hockey lunge
20 1-2 reps basket ball throw or lean
20 1-2 reps around the world clockwise & counter clockwise
20 1-2 reps kettle bell throw

P90X - Amy & Crystal
Hip hop Abs - Crystal

FSS Workout 8pm
Jogging
Running
Walking
I worked out with Crystal again last night we did the Hip Hop Abs DVD and then the stretch review. Maybe it's just me or I could very well be considered 'work out stupid'. But at least I can laugh at myself while I mess up and get off count.... multiple times.
I think I'm going to invest into a new digital scale.
In other news, we had decided to finally have our ceremony & reception this year around late Summer / early Fall. It's circus themed! So I'll be posting a lot of that stuff here too.
